Hi Members,

The annual guild Weekend Retreat is A GO for the weekend of:

September 24th, 25th, and 26th.

at Bridgewater Retreats in Tweed, Ontario.

We have the basic cabins, double occupancy per cabin required, with meals provided at a cost of $111.00 per night. We do need to bring our own sheets and towels. Pillows, pillow cases and blankets are provided.

We have unlimited use of a studio with tables and chairs provided.

We can arrive Friday, September 24th, anytime between 4 and 6 p.m.

         Supper is at 6:30 on the Friday.

Saturday and Sunday:

         Breakfast is at 8:00 a.m.

         Lunch is at 12:30 p.m.

         Supper is at 6:00 p.m. (Saturday only)

We need to leave the cabins by 11:00 a.m. on Sunday and the Studio by 2:00 p.m.

  Policy for Groups as per Bridgwater Retreat

Studio use is for residential classes only.

A 2 night minimum is required for all groups.

No refunds for late arrival, early check out or missed meals.

If you are unable to come but don't cancel then you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.

Anyone smoking in any building will be charged a cleaning fee.

A $500 site deposit is required for groups.

If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

If you cancel anytime up to 60 days prior to check-in date, you will receive a full refund less $25.00 administrative fee.

If you cancel later than 60 days, a non-refundable one night residential fee will be charged for individuals.

The big plus here is we don’t have to clean up or cook meals. What more could a serious quilter ask for? Of course, it is up to the attendees to bring all their sewing stuff as this is a do as you like weekend, no planned programs.
