2010 PROGRAMS

QUINTE QUILTERS GUILD

March 3, 2010 March Madness” making Friendship Quilts

  • Doors open at 4:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.;  join us when you can get there

  • Please bring in cold Pot Luck items for the dinner. ie. Veggies/dip, cheese & crackers, salads, cold cuts, buns, sandwiches, desserts, etc.   Plates, cups & beverages will be provided by the Guild.  All items will be placed in the kitchen, so we can indulge at will throughout the evening.

  • Please bring in sewing supplies, as per sign up sheets, or come willing to join any team and cut, piece, iron, assemble cuddle quilt tops.

  • Please bring in any spare fabrics, blocks, panels, batting, to make these quilts.  The Friendship Quilters committee will also be bringing in fabrics.  We ask that everyone take home one finished quilt top and turn it back in at the April mtg.

Come out for a fun evening of sewing, socializing and as always, eating!

Please note: there will not be a library set up this evening, or a Show and Share.  Business will be kept to a minimum, so we can sew as many quilt tops as possible
